What We Do
"We create Smart buildings for Smart people"
We are disrupting the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) market by deploying radical transparency to simplify the energy management of multi site portfolios.
We're on a mission to increase the value of student accommodation and make it Smart, Green and Healthy.
This approach enables us to deliver non energy benefits such as fixing up to 50% of the OpEx for five years or more, increasing the property value of the assets and making the portfolio more sustainable.
NegaWatt provides a combination of energy retrofits and smart procurement in a simple fixed fee managed service which delivers all sustainable energy needs of our customers. We call this innovation, Smart Energy Efficiency® or SEE.
What is Smart Energy Efficiency® ?
Energy Efficiency as a managed service.
Leveraging the strength of our supply chain, who are leaders in their fields, we are able to deliver zero carbon, 100% renewable energy to our clients in addition to fully funded energy retrofits and the most secure communications back bone, ensuring the properties are Smart, Green and Healthy.
The solution we call Smart Energy Efficiency® is how we deliver investment grade energy asset management.
Our Smart Energy Efficiency® platform achieves this through rigorous analysis of exactly what the operational costs are and specifically the Cost of Delivered Energy (CODE).
Currently the cost of energy is measured in £/MWh.
These costs are typically quoted as:
Only when you SEE the clear picture can costs be managed effectively, real growth be achieved and sustainable impact be made.
